This session at the Aldershot Branch explores how seasonal changes can impact feelings of sadness and isolation. Participants will reflect on their current coping methods and develop a personal self-care plan for the winter months.
Explore ways to manage the heavy feelings and isolation that can sometimes arrive with the darker, colder winter months.
