A professional activity (PA) day is a school day for teachers but not for students. Halton has two school boards, the Halton District School Board (HDSB) and the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB). Their 2026-2027 calendars match on holidays and on most PA days, and differ on two Fridays, which the table below marks. First come the events for kids on each of the next PA days, then every date of the school year. Events are in Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton, and Oakville.
